U G . N U G in Short
Abstract
This article is a reading of what, in short, may have been the cosmogony of our universe and, consequently, how its structure allows ΛCDM flaws and patches to vanish.

UG
This term stands for French Uniformité Genrée (Gendered Uniformity). We coined it to describe a phenomenon that, strangely, has gone unnoticed until now. In short, everything produced by the universe in its earliest stages — particles, atoms, nuclei, molecules — none of which possess geometry, is subject to this regime. Its objects have no individuality, no history, no variation. This uniformity is the hidden foundation of everything, the silent order governing the birth of the universe.
For now, let’s simply understand that the world of the small — below the molecule or chemistry — has no geometry, even if textbooks erroneously suggest otherwise.
NUG
This term stands for French Non-Uniformité Genrée (Non-Gendered Uniformity). It represents everything else: stars, planets, meteors, and of course, all that derives from them — humans, artifacts, flora, fauna. All these objects are to be considered geometric because they have a form perceptible to humans without sophisticated optical equipment. From this, we can already deduce that humanity is an integral part of its own physics. Without humans, this text — and others like it — would have no reason to exist, and its understanding, or rather, its reading, would not have been necessary. This realization is of capital importance because time — the kind we count on our wristwatches — is also subject to the presence of humanity.
the Arrow of Emergence
This is the principle that decides the succession order of the elements' emergence or modification.
It is part of the universe's properties, or even prior to it — it makes no difference.
When a glass slips from our hands and, by misfortune, the floor is tiled rather than carpeted, it shatters. And if we read the universe simply, we catch its message — the message of the irreversible cosmic order: the one that prevents the glass from reassembling, the one that prevents events from denying their own existence.
Thus, the universe gives us the direction from past to future, what current physics commonly calls the Arrow of Time. But no chronometric time.
Time
The circadian periodicity is the only temporal reference that exists for humans, and it is not cosmic. What we wear on our wrist is the calculation of this periodicity, divided into units of measurement: hours, minutes, seconds. Time zones are interpretations of this periodicity, based on the dance of the Sun and the Earth for each latitude. People wake with the day in America, and in France as well — at the same local time, but not at the same cosmic moment. Universal time therefore does not exist.
Universe Formation
Faraday intuited the possibility of a substrate. It was randomly discovered in 1964: what the standard model calls CMB is not a fossil, but this invisible substrate, an omnipresent quantum form of the universe, called here the GRID, that plays many roles.
- The support of the whole universe.
- The quantum matrix of what is to become the universe and its geometry.
- The counter energy that will, by contortion and pressure, create the gravity.
Therefore, and clearly, the universe — at least as far as humans are concerned — has always existed in its first primordial form, the one of the CMB.

Then, somehow, without entering into a detailed description of an unknown so-called nucleosynthesis, the Arrow of Emergence triggers the evolution of the elements into more complex forms

to finally emerge as geometry — the NUG regime.

- Where gravity, as said, is expressed by the pressure of geometry on the GRID.
- Where the so-called black holes are none other than very dense permanent centres of geometry emergence, whose pressure on the GRID sets the newly formed objects in rotation and draws the spiral arms.
- Where gravitational waves are ripples in the GRID, produced by extreme geometric distortions. LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA detect them without contradiction and certainly with greater probability than a mathematical construct such as spacetime.
The case of black holes is a clear example of scientific negligence. The object was not observed, only deduced — a mathematical consequence of general relativity, pushed to its extreme. From that moment, it became untouchable. And when observations appeared that contradicted it — young stars forming where nothing should form — the model was adjusted, not questioned.
And if questioning stops, science stops. General relativity is a theory that may be false. It is false: since it rests on a
spacetime that has no physical existence. No one seems willing to consider it.
This is why ΛCDM is a ruin.
